Jersey Mike`s Subs in Morrisville

Today's service was fast efficient and sub was good.

The food was fantastic, but I did have to wait 10 minutes beyond the time the web order said it would be ready. It was very busy inside, so that's understandable.

I love Jersey Mike’s and have been eating at their restaurants for 15 years. Based on my experience, this is one of the slowest stores I have been too! I even tried to have conversations with the staff but they clearly didn’t care. But the worst part was the cleanliness of the store. Dirty ceiling tiles stained from leaks, some stained from dirty black finger prints, just gross. It’s not that expensive to replace ceiling tiles so it gives the impression that ownership just doesn’t care and doesn’t value cleanliness. This is a terrible representation of the JM brand. The saddest part, I’m pretty sure the manager was there seeing the whole thing.

There is mold all throughout this store. I have a friend that works there and they said there is a bunch of mold in the refrigerators at the top. They said there is also fuzzy hairs growing on the tomatoes and they still serve them (THEYRE NOT ALLOWED TO THROW THEM AWAY) “Food costs”. I’m not sure who does pest control but there have been multiple occasions I myself have seen roaches there. Very unsanitary. Management does not care or run the store properly. Appliances haven’t been renovated in DECADES. Please take precaution when eating here- unless you want the risk of getting sick. “Corporate” was called but they have done nothing. Next is the health department.

We enjoy the freshness of the ingredients. I always use the app and order ahead. Food ready and correct as promised.

Food was good but there is no reason in my mind that I should have to see employees in their underwear! Pull up your pants in a food establishment! Just my opinion.

A lot of dirty tables inside at 2:00 and only two people dining inside. No greeting when entering, the two employees in the front kept talking over a schedule and ignored me. I had to ask to order, the lady was rude and during check out, she took the phone from another employee and starting talking to whoever called. No “thank you, have a good day”, for guests leaving. Just plain rude. Avoid this location.

Gluten free sub are pricey but delicious

Good food. Bring cash, or you will be asked "just answer one question" on the screen when you swipe your card... which prompts you for a tip. The workers there are really great and are deserving of a tip, but I really don't like the corporate directive.

Great sandwich. Ice tea isn't great.

So yummy!!! Great service... they were very busy but I was still in and out ! Sandwich was wonderful, it was the Big Kahuna minus the jalapeños and the bread was so warm and soft. Love me some Jersey Mike’s.

When nothing comes to mind for something to eat that means its subs again and the variety is like eating out in the store itself . Jersey Mike's is the only place for subs for me.

Subs are good and staff is friendly. It gets packed at lunchtime, so I recommend going before or after the normal rush

Subs - pretty good; Jersey Mike - great guy with a firm handshake. The only detraction is that I feel emasculated due to my weak grip strength and tendency to pull out of a handshake too early.

Quick, in & out sandwich was perfectly made to order.

Stopped by a few weeks ago on my lunch and it was just horrible! A worker was extremely rude, rushing me to order. Then another worker started to put whatever he wanted on my sub. Pathetic! When I call in to speak with a manager (rushing back to work) he/she was very rude about my complaint. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. Take care of your customers and clearly y’all can’t!

Ok but confusing menu for the 1st time here.

Love Jersey Mike's Subs for lunches and dinners. This time however we got the subs with no condiments on it and then the next day we took it on a road trip with us we had to condiments on the side. It was such a great idea and so easy just to have the sandwiches there when we get hungry on the long road trip to Florida. I always get the number 8 Club with bacon and herbs. Because of the road trip situation I did have them put the tomatoes in a baggie on the side and they were happy to do it for us. I would do this again for another road trip.

Nice little sub shop with a vintage vibe. Pretty simple set up. Good food at decent prices and good service. Good location in close vicinity to a bunch of hotels.

Excellent subs. This was the first time eating here. I ordered an Italian sub served Mike's way. Service was very good too.

Tried chicken for the first time didnt like the robust tomato sauce flavour. But the chicken and sub was good.

I wanted to enjoy my lunch hour today and Carson she had a very bad attitude. Christina walked over and asked her if she need help and the young lady walked off. I order a giant sub and for some reason Carson walked over and cut it in half. I told her I want a giant she walked away and “stated I don’t have time for this today”. I quickly asked her if she need a break because I am a paying customer. If she had something negative to say she should have walked into back or kept it to her self. Super busy at lunch. Food is always awesome, mostly good experiences with the service.

If there was a way to give Jersey Mikes on airport blvd no stars I would do it. I placed an online order today the number 8 club sub. I wanted no tomatoes and no vinegar. What I received was a plain sandwich with no mayo, no bacon and only ham and lettuce. When I called to tell them they made a mistake and I wanted a replacement on tomorrow since I lived 45 minutes from them and only got the sandwich on my way home, the lady told me to bring the sub back and they would remake it but it had to be today as if she was going to get the sandwich. When I advised her I would nit drive 45 minutes back for a sandwich she said well I guess you'll be eating what you received then. Very unprofessional and very rude. I for one will never eat Jersey Mikes again. Even if I wsd starving and they offered me a free sandwich. Poor service and rude workers.

Quick service. Normal subs. Only complaint I have is that their credit card machine went down and they failed to let people in line know until they got to the register. Luckily I had some cash which is just as good as money.

It's fast food. It's sandwiches. They make their sandwiches like all Jersey Mike's stores do. Pretty tasty.

Very clean, extremely prompt and employees are very knowledgeable and polite.

Sandwich was good, and put together nicely. However, there was 90s rap music BLARING in the store. Couldnt even hear the TVs. As much as i miss hearing baby's got back, not exactly sandwich eating music. The manager was kicking back at a table bopping to the music with a friend with what seemed like all thier personal posessions spread out. Felt more like a night club than a restaurant. The bathrooms were disgusting; what appeared to be feces was smeared all over. Needless to say i wont be back and i would reccomend you stay away from this place; especially with the $12 price point. Also the slicer had rediculous shavings built up and made me almost walk out. The store was empty so i assume they hardly ever wipe down thier equipment. Seems like they are in dire need of better management.

You can't go wrong with a Jersey Mike's Sub! They don't make them as good as they do in Point Pleasant! But they're better than any around town.

Very friendly and clean. Owner is attentive to his business and really enjoys his customers. Pleasent atmosphere.

Of the JMs I have been to, this one isn't as good. The food was great as would be expected but the atmosphere by employees was below par for the chain.

I don't think I'll order here again. I ordered online. It is located behind a gas station. When I arrived there was a piece of paper taped to the door stating 'cash only'. I guess the system was down. Thankfully I had paid online. But what I didn't like was the service. I approached the counter and told the employee my name. He simply passed me the food and looked away. No thank you, goodbye, or have a nice day. Good customer service can't be stressed enough.

After all the hype, I finally tried the famous Jerseys Mike's. Maybe it was unrealistic expectations, maybe I caught them on a bad day... Or maybe, its just another sandwich joint. I think its the later. They were good, but no better than your typical sandwich shop.

Good service and food if you like subs. All at good prices.
